Payment Processing & Security
- All payments are securely processed through Stripe®. We do not store any credit card details. Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Stripe’s security standards.
Processing & Delivery
- Digital Goods: Digital purchases are delivered immediately upon successful payment. If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@voterfly.com.
- Physical Goods: All physical items are custom-made and require 1-2 weeks for production. Shipping typically takes up to 1 week after production.
Shipping
- We use a variety of shipping carriers based on the item and manufacturer. Carrier selection may vary.
- We currently do not offer international shipping—orders are only available for domestic delivery.
No Refunds or Cancellations
- All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our physical products, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Failed Transactions
- If a payment fails, you will receive a notification via email. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your physical order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact support@voterfly.com with your order details and photos of any damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
